We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Manager to join our talented team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth and success!

Your role:

• Contribute to the development and growth of the business and implementation of strategy
• Provide commercial, contractual, and risk management expertise to improve business performance and project outcomes
• Assist in the negotiation and drafting of commercial sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Implement and manage our intellectual property strategy
• Oversee export control compliance and manage related applications
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders
• Co-ordinate legal reviews with legal counsel to ensure legal reviews are conducted efficiently and effectively.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in the aerospace or drone industry
• Law degree or equivalent qualification and/or experience
• Strong understanding of commercial law and contract negotiation
• Experience in export control regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

(but not essential):

• Willingness to relocate to New Zealand.
• Experience working in an international environment.

This position is ideally based in Fareham, UK or Mount Maunganui, NZ
