Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Key Account and E-commerce teams
- Oversee relationships with wholesalers and distribution partners
- Manage local supply chain processes
- Drive business support in Analytics, Quality, Launch Management, and Supply
Leadership Excellence:
- Motivate and coach team members
- Collaborate across functions to advance our client’s position
- Ensure sustainable high performance with strategic resource and talent management
Key Accounts & E-commerce:
- Set and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with senior personnel
- Manage budget allocations for long-term improvement and efficiency
Market Access & Business Development:
- Accelerate reimbursement and promote product access
- Integrate public policy, pricing, health economics, and patient support
- Develop relationships with key external stakeholders (PCN, NHS, etc.)
Local Supply Chain & Launch Excellence:
- Maintain key relationships with wholesalers and distribution partners
- Support sales and marketing with robust forecasting
- Lead development of launch readiness plans and ensure milestone achievement
Quality Management:
- Oversee quality systems for Iso9001 accreditation
- Ensure successful annual audits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar preferred
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and strategic skills
- Proven experience in health care industry, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Financial acumen with profit/loss responsibilities
