Commercial Manager

C&P is recruiting for an experienced commercial manager to join our client, a nationwide housebuilder with a strong presence north of the border. The business in question is well known for the quality of their product, routinely delivering highly sought-after developments across Scotland. With an established presence in Aberdeenshire, our client has a close knit team which pulls together towards continued high performance.

As the commercial manager you will play a major role in driving the business forward, managing all commercial and contractual matters for the region while taking responsibility for profitability. You will be comfortable working at all stages of a site's lifecycle, and will have demonstrable experience at the pre-development stage.

We would like to speak to you about this job if you have:

1. Experience of managing and developing a commercial team
2. Demonstrable housebuilding experience, with pre-development experience essential
3. Are a strong team player who can build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders
4. The skillset to identify and manage risk, particularly where it may mitigate profit
5. Strong planning skills and a strategic mindset
