Role Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and driven Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a leading team within a well-regarded law firm in Bristol. The role is suitable for a solicitor with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) who is looking to further develop their career in a dynamic and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial disputes, including but not limited to breach of contract, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, and professional negligence claims.
2. Providing strategic advice to clients, including drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court proceedings.
3. Developing strong client relationships, offering clear, practical legal advice tailored to their needs.
4. Collaborating with colleagues across other practice areas to provide integrated solutions.
5. Playing a key role in business development, including maintaining existing client relationships and assisting in the generation of new work.
6. Managing and mentoring junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Candidate Requirements:

1. 2-5 years PQE in commercial litigation, ideally with experience in a similar practice environment.
2. Solid experience in handling a wide range of commercial disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
3. Strong technical legal knowledge, with the ability to provide strategic, client-focused solutions.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
