In this role, the successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, providing strategic legal advice on a variety of commercial disputes. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and amending a range of litigation documents.
3. Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
4. Advising clients on risk management and dispute resolution tactics.
5. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to case management.

Essential Skills & Experience:

1. A minimum of 4 years PQE in commercial litigation.
2. A proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation cases.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and oral.
4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
5. A current practising certificate.
