What you'll do:

• Manage a diverse and intriguing caseload, including commercial contractual disputes, shareholder and corporate disputes
• Provide advice to clients of varying size and complexity
• Collaborate closely with in-house legal teams
• Represent clients in both claimant and defendant roles
• Focus on nurturing strong client relationships
• Participate in profile building and networking activities

What you bring:

• Experience in managing a variety of commercial litigation matters
• Ability to scrutinise complex legal matters and provide direct, outcomes-focused advice
• Experience working in a similar or larger-sized firm
