A Hampshire law firm with offices in the South and Thames Valley requires a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with excellent experience to join their busy Commercial Litigation department. The commercial litigation role offers an excellent opportunity to work upon a diverse and high-quality caseload including commercial disputes, contractual disagreements, partnership and director disputes, debt, and insolvency.

The role will require an excellent technical understanding, including court procedural matters, advocacy, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. The commercial litigation solicitor will work as part of a partner-led department working with clients across sectors such as retail, property, energy, distribution, professional services, and insurance.

There are strong career prospects available for the right candidate. Salary to £73,000.
