Are you a driven Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking to take the next step in your legal career?
We are working with a well-established, forward-thinking law firm based in Coventry that is seeking a talented and ambitious solicitor to join their growing Litigation team.

About the Role:

You will handle a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to:

1. Contract disputes
2. Shareholder and partnership disputes
3. Professional negligence
4. Debt recovery and enforcement
5. Commercial property litigation
6. Insolvency matters

You will work alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive environment that encourages autonomy, professional development, and career progression.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

1. 2-6 years PQE (though all levels considered)
2. Strong knowledge and experience in handling a broad range of commercial disputes
3. Excellent client care and communication skills
4. A proactive and commercial approach to problem-solving
5. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
