Job Title: Commercial Litigation Paralegal / Dispute Resolution Paralegal

Location: Central London

Salary: £65,000

Highly regarded American law firm is looking for a commercial litigation / dispute resolution paralegal to assist their leading team of partners with a wide range of international and high-value, complex disputes work providing expertise and analysis regarding legal matters.

The team is growing rapidly and are very busy, and this is a senior role; the successful paralegal will need to hit the ground running from day one. Ideally, the successful paralegal will have at least 2 years+ experience as a paralegal in commercial litigation / dispute resolution and be very confident with drafting a variety of documents including instructions to Counsel, disclosure letters, as well as preparing pleadings, bundles, witness statements and exhibits, applications, and other legally effective documents. You must also have strong proof-reading and research skills.

The team deals with an interesting array of corporate clients in the UK and worldwide. You should be comfortable handling complex, large-scale matters efficiently and have an excellent eye for detail as well as the ability to keep up with a very fast-paced level of work and in line with deadlines.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a paralegal in commercial litigation from another leading firm
• Excellent academics
