Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, with a primary focus on insurance work.
2. Advise and represent clients in complex commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, and insurance coverage issues.
3. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare case strategies.
4. Attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
5. Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
