Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager for Malvern, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
2. Analyze client insurance programs and recommend appropriate coverage enhancements or adjustments
3. Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met
5. Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewals to clients
6. Process policy endorsements, certificates of insurance, and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and development of new insurance products to identify potential business opportunities

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Current property and casualty license
2. 3 Years of experience in commercial insurance or related role
3. Background in account management, sales, and negotiation with a strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues
5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
6. Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
