The firm is seeking a seasoned Commercial Legal Director/Partner to join its dynamic Corporate and Commercial department. This role involves advising on a wide range of commercial law matters, including contract drafting, outsourcing agreements, and cross-border projects. The team focuses on sectors such as software, manufacturing, technology, and financial services, utilizing technology and leading legal minds to provide bespoke solutions to its clients.

As an incoming senior hire, you can expect to spearhead the growth and strategy of this leading regional team, with great amounts of autonomy but also the platform and backing necessary to succeed.
