Joining a growing team of Commercial Insurance Brokers, you will bring your passion and knowledge of Insurance to help high growth companies achieve their goals. You will be working in one of several verticals (happy to discuss further) so you will have a broad range of knowledge and ideally some sector knowledge to bring to the team. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Proactively work with clients to identify issues, advise on best practice and build bespoke Insurance solutions.
2. Work closely with the sales team to support on presentations and pitches to potential and new clients.
3. For multi-national clients ensure all policies comply with regulatory requirements covering the jurisdictions in which they operate.
4. Continually build strong, trusted relationships with clients to proactively help them with queries, changes, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. CII qualification looking for an Account Executive role
2. Knowledge of a range of policy areas including cyber & business interruption
3. Ability to be truly consultative - able to challenge and put forward innovative proposals
4. Good client-facing and communication skills
