Commercial Gas Engineer

A Commercial Gas Engineer is required for our client, a successful M&E Contractor based in South West London. They provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to over 150 commercial properties across London and Home counties. These properties are a range of residential apartment blocks with communal HVAC plantrooms, commercial office space, mixed-development buildings, schools, colleges, and nursing homes. They are now looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to work across London and Home counties.

The Commercial Gas Engineer will need to have a level of experience in service repair and maintenance on commercial-sized boilers and heating appliances. The engineer will travel around various commercial sites, ranging from schools, colleges, and hospitals to offices.

The Commercial Gas Engineer must have a valid in-date ACS commercial ticket such as COCN1 or CODNCO1.

The ideal candidate will have 4 years plus experience working on commercial boilers and plant rooms.

1. 5-8 Years' minimum experience within the commercial gas industry
2. ACS Commercial qualifications such as COCN1 or CODNCO1
3. Based within commutable distance of Central London
4. Full UK Driving license

Commercial Gas Engineer Salary & Benefits

1. Basic Salary £55-60k depending on experience
2. Travel paid after 90 minutes daily at 1.5x
3. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
4. Company van, fuel card & extensive personal use
5. Overtime at 1.5 & double
6. Call out rota - 1 in 8 with £150 stand-by payment
