Commercial Gas Engineer

Commercial Gas Engineer / Commercial Heating Engineer required for a building services provider, based in South West London. They require a Commercial Gas Engineer to carry out a variety of work, predominately service and repair works of commercial heating systems / plant rooms, in a range of commercial and domestic (plant-rooms within communal buildings such as flats / apartments). The main area of work would be across London.

Commercial Gas Engineer Salary & Benefits

1. Basic Salary £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
2. Company van
3. Extensive overtime
4. Working hours 8am - 4:30pm on site, plus 1 hour additional pay per day, for travel
5. 23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
6. Call out rota 1 in 6 weeks

Commercial Gas Engineer - London and Home Counties Position Overview

Commercial Gas engineer required to work across London as a Mobile engineer. The role is to carry out servicing and remedial works across London & Home counties, on commercial heating systems. The vast majority of works will be within plant rooms with all associated equipment. Routine mechanical maintenance of associated plant items such as pumps, heat exchangers, pressure vessels and valves will also form part of the role.

Commercial Gas Engineer - London and Home Counties Position Requirements

1. Commercial Gas Qualifications, including CODNC01 / COCN1
2. Experience in either service and repair, or installation of commercial appliances and plant rooms
3. 3+ years' experience working on commercial gas boilers / heating systems
4. Full UK Driving Licence
5. Based within a commutable distance of South West London
