Commercial Finance Manager

We are looking for a talented and motivated Commercial Finance Manager to join a company based in High Wycombe. This role offers hybrid working options and great progression opportunities.

Responsibilities:

1. Producing new analysis on our performance across a range of variables
2. Proposing and implementing improvements you identify to existing analysis, helping to make them robust and repeatable
3. Working closely with Senior Management (including the CFO) and their direct reports on a day-to-day basis, using financial information to inform them on business performance or decisions
4. Supporting with budgeting, forecasting and long-term strategic planning across the company
5. Demonstrating aptitude for understanding numbers and making commercial recommendations from that information

Requirements:

1. Accountant Qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 3 years' experience in a Commercial Finance or FP&A role
2. Experience of reporting and forecasting rebates would be advantageous
3. Results orientated with a focus on providing meaningful information to Senior Management
4. Strong Excel skills
5. Excellent communicator
