Altum Consulting are working with a rapidly growing commercial property business to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst role based in Central London. This role is a 12-month FTC. Applying candidates must be on a short notice period.
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Business partnering with stakeholders
- Liaising with budget owners
- Variance analysis
- Data and ad hoc analysis
- Data improvements in finance system
- Continuous process improvement
- Actively studying towards an Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA etc.)
- Experience in a Finance Analyst role
- Previous experience in property is ideal
