Equation Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking commercial finance intermediary, based near Towcester in Northamptonshire. This firm is rapidly expanding and looking for a talented Account Manager to join their collaborative, high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Building and nurturing client relationships via phone, social media, events, and networking
  2. Presenting tailored finance solutions, including asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, and property finance
  3. Analysing client needs and financial documentation
  4. Preparing persuasive proposals and applications
  5. Maintaining professionalism and adhering to regulatory and ethical standards

What We're Looking For:
  1. Previous experience in client-facing sales (telesales experience is ideal)
  2. Background in financial services or working within a finance broker is highly desirable
  3. Confident, proactive, and results-driven mindset
  4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  5. Team-oriented and supportive approach

The Offer:
  1. £28,000 - £30,000 basic salary
  2. Market-leading commission/bonus structure (details available once engaged)
  3. Office-based role with potential hybrid flexibility once established
  4. Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm, Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
  5. Supportive and collaborative team environment
