I am hiring for Commercial Director - (Capex/Opex)

Location: London / York - Hybrid /2-3 days Per weeks in office

Responsibilities

• Demonstrable experience and expertise in the negotiation and resolution of complex claims.
• In-depth knowledge of various standard forms of contract and their practical application.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent numeracy and analytical capabilities.
• Provide expert guidance on contract law, contractual litigation, and dispute resolution.
• Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS, CIPS) or equivalent relevant experience.
• Significant experience in managing high-value, complex contracting situations, particularly in the construction or rail industries.
