Commercial Director - Strategy & Growth
Location: This role is an agile post and will be assigned to the nearest Norse Group office
Up to £85,000 (Dependent on experience)
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Role Purpose:
The Commercial Director of Strategy and Growth plays a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic objectives, ensuring commercial success, and leading on growth initiatives.
In collaboration with the Operational leads and the Head of Finance, this position is responsible for leading the commercial elements of business development, optimising bid processes, and ensuring the commercial health of projects. The individual will provide leadership in setting fee scales and pricing strategy. In addition, market positioning and performance analysis ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision.
Additionally, they will ensure that the business's commercial delivery is consistent, analyse results to identify trends and performance insights, and provide actionable commercial recommendations to drive sustained growth and profitability.
