The Role.

We are seeking a commercially driven and results-focused Commercial Director to lead our revenue growth strategy, drive commercial best practices, and strengthen key partnerships. Based in Howden or Paddington, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Podium's future, overseeing business development, sales performance, and rightsholder relationships.

This high-profile role requires deep industry knowledge, strong leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You'll have the autonomy to define and execute commercial strategies while working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to ensure Podium's continued success.

Key Responsibilities.

• Drive Growth: Execute a commercial strategy that expands Podium's market position and generates revenue.
• Lead High-Value Deals: Oversee new business acquisitions, lead negotiations, and secure strategic partnerships.
• Strengthen Key Relationships: Manage and nurture relationships with rightsholders, bookmakers, and media companies.
• Optimise Commercial Performance: Monitor sales performance and implement best practices to maximise efficiency.
• Innovate & Identify Opportunities: Stay ahead of industry trends to drive new product and market expansion.
• Inspire & Lead: Mentor and develop the commercial team, fostering a high-performance culture.

About You.
