Commercial Director

Location: Walwyns Castle, Haverfordwest, SA62 3DY. (Will consider possibility of hybrid working)

Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5pm. Flexibility required during peak periods and to occasionally support out of normal working hours.

Our client, situated in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, specialises in high quality, high value products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve company goals.
2. Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
3. Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
5. Prepare and present reports on commercial performance to stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a commercial leadership role.
2. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
