Commercial Director

We have a new opportunity for a Commercial Director to join our team within Vistry South West Midlands, at our Coleshill office, West Midlands. As our Commercial Director, you will be responsible for directing and leading the commercial strategy of the Business Unit whilst inspiring and motivating the commercial team to generate profit.

You will have overall responsibility for the regional Surveying, Buying, and Estimating teams and will lead, coach, and develop the team to meet departmental targets and achieve success. You will develop, review, and implement the Company’s strategic commercial objectives and be responsible for ensuring accurate financial cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
