Senior Associate - Digital Technology, Data Protection & Innovative Technologies - Bristol
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate with expertise in digital technology, data protection, and emerging technologies to join a leading national firm in Bristol. The firm works with an impressive range of FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 clients, public sector organizations, educational institutions, and industry bodies. The digital, tech, and data team is growing, and the role offers the chance to work on high-profile, business-critical projects across a wide array of industries. The firm also has a strong international presence, working alongside US colleagues and other Lex Mundi member firms to handle multi-jurisdictional transactions and projects.
About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in advising clients on a variety of cutting-edge digital transformation projects, data privacy, cybersecurity, and the implementation of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence. You'll work closely with clients across diverse sectors, helping them adopt new technologies to enhance their productivity, improve competitiveness, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will be involved in advising on complex technology transactions, including software licensing, IT service agreements, and system implementations.
The role provides the opportunity to work on projects spanning multiple industries, such as advanced manufacturing, energy transition, transport and logistics, and international trade.
