Amach is an industry-leading technology driven company with headquarters located in Dublin and remote teams in UK and Europe.

Our blended teams of local and nearshore talent are optimised to deliver high quality and collaborative solutions.

Established in 2013, we specialise in cloud migration and development, digital transformation including agile software development, DevOps, automation, data and machine learning.

We’re looking for a commercially minded Analyst to join Amach and work with one of our key customers in the travel and loyalty space. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a well known loyalty programme, analysing how their points-based currency is used across multiple partners globally. You'll be embedded in a collaborative, data-driven team, helping to shape the future of loyalty currency by uncovering trends, delivering insights and supporting commercial decision-making.

If you are passionate about understanding customer behaviour, working with data and influencing real-world decisions through insight, then this role is for you.

This role is embedded with our customer’s London-based team who have a hybrid setup: 1–2 days per week onsite is required in their offices in central London (flexible which days).

Key responsibilities & duties include:

  1. Analyse how loyalty currency (points) moves between different partner airline programmes across the globe.
  2. Uncover trends in customer behaviour and provide insight into how and why currency is earned, transferred or spent.
  3. Build clear, compelling dashboards and reports that guide commercial and strategic decisions.
  4. Tell the story behind the data – turning complex datasets into actionable insights.
  5. Work with commercial stakeholders, product managers and analysts to ensure data is at the heart of decision-making.
  6. Collaborate with a dedicated data engineer who manages the pipelines and datasets – your focus is insight and communication.

Required skills:

  1. 4–5 years’ experience in a commercial, insight or data analyst role.
  2. Hands-on SQL skills – comfortable writing queries for joins, aggregations and exploratory analysis.
  3. Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
  4. Willingness to work with Astroto, a no-code dashboarding tool (training and support provided).
  5. Strong storytelling and communication skills, able to simplify complex data for business audiences.
  6. Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and prioritising insight work that delivers value.
  7. Previous experience in loyalty, travel or customer insights is a bonus – but not essential.

What’s in it for you:

  1. An opportunity to join a fast-growing company.
  2. Options for career advancement.
  3. Learning and development opportunities.
  4. Flexible working environment.
  5. Competitive salaries based on experience.
