Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor – Exceptional Opportunity in Brighton & Hove

Are you a dynamic and highly motivated Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor with a passion for property law? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and expanding Commercial Department in a full-time, permanent role.

The Role:

This role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in the department’s growth and success. You will handle a broad range of commercial property transactions, showcase your technical proficiency and actively contribute to the development of the team and its reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions with expertise and precision
2. Collaborating with local agents and fostering positive working relationships
3. Supporting the department’s growth and progression through active business development
4. Assisting with residential conveyancing and adhering to the Law Society Conveyancing Protocol (preferred)

You will:

1. Have over 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial conveyancing
2. Demonstrate exceptional technical skills and a strong commercial awareness
3. Be highly organised, self-motivated and dedicated to outstanding client service
4. Ideally bring a following and existing connections within the local market
5. Possess experience in residential conveyancing (desirable)
