About Our Client

Job Description

  • Contract Compliance: Ensure adherence to contract terms and milestones.
  • Liaison: Primary contact for Local Authorities and CCGs.
  • Strategic Partnership: Maintain strategic partnerships beyond contract end dates.
  • Negotiation: Finalize commercial terms and variations.
  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate contractual risks monthly.
  • Compliance Resolution: Resolve contract compliance issues.
  • Tender Submissions: Lead tender submissions for new services.
  • Social Value Initiatives: Develop initiatives to secure new contracts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Manage contracts with a continuous improvement approach.
  • KPI Reporting: Provide monthly KPIs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and improve service levels and KPIs.
  • Financial Monitoring: Monitor contract spend.
  • Issue Management: Manage complex issues.
  • Customer Interaction: Deliver exemplary customer interactions.
  • Stakeholder Support: Support stakeholders with contractual matters.
  • Coaching: Coach internal teams on contract understanding.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in development, drafting, structuring, negotiating and managing contracts.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders on the financial evaluation of proposals/opportunities from a cost and risk perspective.
  • Proven experience of developing business cases or recommendations regarding business proposals.
  • Proven experience in leading and submitting tender submissions.
  • Experience of health and social care.
  • Experience of Local Authority contracts.
