We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager for a Commercial refurbishment & renovation contractor. The work can range from a variety of projects in the retail, residential, education, and care homes to name a few. Values of projects will range from £300k to £1.5m.

Working in conjunction with Site Managers, the Contracts Manager will oversee project execution and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
