Ideal candidates must have a strong work ethic and solid knowledge of finish carpentry. Candidates must understand and be able to perform quality installations of trim, mouldings, casework, doors, and hardware. The ideal candidate must have a professional disposition, the ability to manage personnel, and extensive knowledge of finish carpentry. Under the supervision of their Project Manager, the candidate must perform and manage all phases of onsite finish carpentry and millwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
  2. Ensure OSHA guidelines for PPE and safety are followed by onsite personnel
  3. Manage onsite personnel for optimal performance and efficiency
  4. Maintain a clean job site
  5. 40 hr. work week, Monday – Friday 7AM-3PM
  6. Some overtime required
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. At least two years of hands-on experience autonomously running projects
  2. Demonstrable skills in coordinating and scheduling crews and suppliers
  3. Skilled at working with Project Managers and other internal stakeholders to push desired outcomes
  4. Strong commitment to job site safety and efficiency
  5. Ability to operate power tools such as table saws, chop saws, finish guns, and other carpentry related tools
  6. Ability to write and respond to emails in a professional manner
  7. Ability to lift to 50 pounds
  8. Professional appearance and demeanor
  9. Bilingual (English/Spanish/Brazilian Portuguese a plus)
  10. Must have strong references
  11. Must have own transportation
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  1. At least 3 years carpentry experience
  2. Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, schedules, and other construction documents
  3. OSHA 10 training
  4. Valid driver’s license
