We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Commercial Business Analyst who has experience of working in a fast-moving sales and customer service environment.


This is a critical role in which you'll be continuously analysing data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve, with the aim of enhancing our customer and colleague experience. This role plays a pivotal role in delivering our business objectives.

About the role:


We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Commercial Business Analyst who has experience of working in a fast-moving sales and customer service environment. This is a critical role in which you'll be continuously analysing data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve, with the aim of enhancing our customer and colleague experience. This role plays a pivotal role in delivering our business objectives.


Key responsibilities will include:

  1. As part of the Commercial Operations team, you will be surrounded by customer-focused teams ready to help you deliver impactful changes with expertise in CRM, marketing, and data interrogation.
  2. Monitor and report on key data points to assess commercial performance, covering everything from sales team effectiveness to dealer experience and live service risks.
  3. Analyse current business processes and proactively recommend improvements that drive efficiency and growth.
  4. Translate insights into impactful actions, supporting managers in identifying opportunities and driving business change projects.
  5. Present valuable insights and prepare actionable recommendations from Salesforce data, including customer feedback surveys, to guide decision-making.
  6. Take ownership of defining and continuously improving the customer lifecycle across different market segments.
  7. Evaluate data entry processes, ensuring high standards of data quality are met and maintained.
  8. Manage and enhance a portfolio of established reporting insights, continuously adding value to business performance.

What we ideally looking for:

  1. We're looking for someone who can work both independently and collaboratively, while communicating effectively and professionally with key internal stakeholders.
  2. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset who is highly numerate and can turn insights into compelling stories.
  3. You should have commercial awareness, applying a pragmatic, hypothesis-led approach, and experience working within sales teams to understand customer lifecycles.
  4. In our fast-paced and dynamic environment, you'll identify improvement opportunities, define solutions, and make things happen.
  5. Familiarity with CRMs, BI reporting tools, and cloud-based platforms like Salesforce and Pardot is key; experience setting up ETL pipelines is a plus.
  6. We're seeking someone who is detail-oriented, results-driven, and quick to learn and contribute.
