Do you have a background in business analysis, consulting or process improvement? Do you have strong analytical skills, with a logical approach to problem-solving and a proactive mindset? Is attention to detail part of your DNA? If so, we have an exciting new opportunity at SHL for a Commercial Business Analyst. In this role you will hold accountability for the accuracy, integrity and compliance of all aspects of the deal lifecycle and will be pivotal in strengthening the deal compliance framework, streamlining processes and reducing risk.

What you will be doing:
- Work with the Commercial Process team to analyse and improve commercial processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
- Assess current practices and develop recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce risk and improve accuracy. Own and drive initiatives to streamline commercial operations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across sales, legal, finance and operations to optimise workflows and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Leverage company data and analytics to measure process effectiveness, generate insights, and recommend technology- and data-driven solutions to improve commercial workflows.
- Develop materials and guidelines to upskill teams on commercial process optimisation, working with the Commercial and Enablement function to support the implementation of best practices and process automation to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Work with stakeholders to implement tracking mechanisms that monitor deal cycle performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment on process improvements and fostering a culture of continuous optimisation.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and thrive in a fast-changing commercial environment.
What we are looking for from you:Essential:- Significant experience in business analysis, consulting or process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with a logical approach to problem solving.
- High attention to detail, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
Desirable:- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or SQL).
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools.
