Commercial Associate (Project Manager)

Job description

We’re looking for a Commercial Associate to help us manage day to day project management of commercial initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, multi-talented individual who wants to see the inside of a fast-moving startup working closely with our VP of Commercial, CEO, VP of Product and other key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a future entrepreneur or executive who is a self-starter: Comfortable working alone / not being micromanaged with the willingness and ability to learn quickly.

We are looking for a driven recent graduate or someone who wants to see the inside of a fast moving startup.

What you can expect to be doing:

• Project manage initiatives
• Take minutes, agenda management, tracking actions, arranging meetings, liaising with partners as necessary.
• Monitor the project plan, highlighting upcoming milestones and deadlines, and ensuring relevant department is on track
• Work with product, compliance, finance and other departments to monitor completion of Regulatory Business Plans
• Report upwards; contributing to monthly reporting and liaising with project owners
• Communicate and organise, not be afraid to keep people moving

• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Fast learner and self-starter: Comfortable working alone
• Ideally degree educated (2:1 or above)

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Start your weekend early!)
