Job description

We are seeking an Assistant to join our Administration Team in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will provide support in various administrative tasks including direct customer liaison, procurement, stores, compliance and technical.

*Responsibilities*

- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records

- Organise files and documents efficiently

- Answer phone calls with professionalism and good phone etiquette

- Type correspondence and reports as needed

- Assist in office management tasks

- Computerise information using various software tools

*Requirements*

- Possess clerical and administrative skills

- Proficient in data entry and organisational tasks

- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment

- Competent in using computerised systems for information management

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Commensurate with experience

Expected hours: 38.5 per week
