Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong numerical ability – Comfortable tracking, analysing, and interpreting financial or statistical data using Excel or similar tools.
  • Tech-savvy – Able to work with technology, including basic scripting or coding (e.g. Python, JavaScript, macros) when needed.
  • Clear written communication – Capable of synthesising complex ideas into well-structured documentation, with or without AI assistance.
  • Strong verbal communication & listening skills – Able to articulate insights effectively and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal skills – A team player who can build strong working relationships across different levels of the organisation.
  • Analytical mindset – Able to interpret complex data and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
  • Background in financial services or a commercial function in another business.
  • Customer service experience, particularly in a B2B context.
  • Exposure to pricing or quantitative analysis in sales and marketing.
  • Awareness of regulatory and risk considerations related to deposit products.
  • Strong interest or knowledge of the fintech and payments industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting client-facing teams with pricing and structuring commercial deals.
  • Analysing and managing the commercial pipeline.
  • Overseeing ongoing commercial relationships with key industry partners.
  • Gaining hands-on experience in Fintech, payments, and banking.
  • Delivering reports and dashboards on portfolio performance, competitor activity, and pricing trends.

Work Location
