Description

1. Financial Analysis: Provide detailed financial analysis on revenue, costs, and profitability. Analyse sales data, pricing strategies, and product performance to offer insights into business trends.
2. Business Partnering: Collaborate with commercial teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to provide financial insight that supports strategic decisions and business growth.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Monitor financial performance and track against targets, providing recommendations to address any deviations.
4. Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics, performance against targets, and areas for improvement.
5. Cost Management: Support cost optimisation efforts by analysing cost structures, identifying efficiencies, and recommending cost-saving initiatives.
6. Pricing Strategy: Assist in developing and evaluating pricing strategies for products and services, ensuring alignment with profitability goals and market conditions.
7. Financial Modelling: Develop financial models to assess the potential impact of different business scenarios, helping to inform decision-making.

Profile

You will be a Qualified or QBE accountant with strong analytical ability, a commercial outlook, a natural problem solver, and strong interpersonal skills.
