The Role:
Be the primary point of contact for over 75 well-established customers across Ireland
Manage and grow long-term relationships with landlords, shopping centre managers, and property agents
Take full ownership of contract renewals, proposal preparation, and account growth
Lead strategic discussions to increase the footprint and revenue performance of the company’s product range
Regularly collaborate with the Commercial Director, while operating independently on the ground
Maintain up-to-date awareness of market trends and competitor activity
The Person:
Proven experience in managing commercial relationships within retail, property, or entertainment environments
Strong network and credibility with landlords and agents in the shopping centre space
Highly confident, authentic, and customer-focused communicator
Positive, proactive and self-motivated with a track record of owning your patch
Professional and empathetic – able to replicate the personalised service our client is known for
