Commercial Account Manager (Gas Logistics)

Are you an organised and capable Account Manager with a background in logistics looking to work for a global business that has been operating for over 100 years and who actively trains and promotes from within?

Are you from a logistics or fleet management background looking to progress your career with extensive training and development and looking to enjoy an agile working environment with a great work life balance?

On offer is a role where you will be responsible for a portfolio of customer accounts looking after European and Global export and import of liquid chemical goods and you will be the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.

As the Customer service specialist, you will link with commerce to provide guidance and information to create chemistry with the customers providing optimal supply chain solutions on export and import enquiries.

This role would suit someone who is very well organised, logical, keen to progress and who has strong numeracy and literacy skills.

The responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the operational contacts with the customer
  2. Building relationships, understanding the customers' needs and requirements, translating for business use, and providing sustainable logistics solutions.
