Commercial Account Handler

Location:Havering, EssexJob Type:Full-time, permanentHours:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 am – 05:30 pm

We are seeking a driven and motivated Account Handler to provide quality service to new and existing clients, covering all aspects of their insurance arrangements. If you thrive on challenges and are eager to contribute to our team's success, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Manage the administration of insurance policies, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, and general inquiries.
  • Obtain and present competitive insurance quotations to clients, ensuring their coverage requirements are met.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently through all communication methods.
  • Ensure all client records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist clients with the claims process, liaising with insurers and other parties as necessary.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

CANDIDATE SPEC

  • Minimum of 12 months commercial insurance experience
  • Cert CII status or are actively working towards it
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Open GI
