The Role
As a Commercial Account Handler, you'll take charge of a diverse portfolio of SME/Commercial clients, offering your expertise and delivering exceptional service. Your main responsibilities will include managing policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and addressing client queries. Working closely with Account Executives, you'll ensure each client receives tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.
