Job Role: Commercial Account Executive
Location: Bristol (Remote options available across the UK)
Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Commission Structure

Overview: My client is seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial Account Executive to join their growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in mid-commercial to corporate insurance, particularly those who thrive in a hunting role. My client is looking for individuals who can drive new business development, grow a book, manage renewals, and ensure their clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Develop and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance business by identifying and retaining clients.
  2. Client Service Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer care and satisfaction.
  3. Quality and Accuracy: Drive quality, consistency, and accuracy in all aspects of the role to provide efficient service to clients and insurers.
  4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and insurers to foster trust and collaboration.
  5. Client Retention: Demonstrate excellent client retention skills, working proactively to keep clients engaged and expand business opportunities.
  6. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.
  7. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed growth targets through a self-motivated and hardworking approach.
