About Shared Services
Our Shared Services team deliver specialist processes that have a direct impact on the performance of Network Rail, our customers, and suppliers. These services include payroll, recruitment and onboarding, payables, receivables, financial accounting, reporting, controls and compliance, and helpdesk support.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for Credit Controllers / Collecting Agents to join the Collections team in Shared Services. You will be actively chasing large volumes of customers, completing complex reconciliations, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
You will demonstrate the ability to continuously improve by building knowledge and understanding of the operation you work within, document processes and drive standardisation whilst upskilling team members to follow and continually consider improvements to processes.
The collections team are responsible for the collection of high-value debt. Our collection team operates on a rota basis; therefore, candidates should be flexible to work between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
