£39,279 per annum and Inner London Weighting of £5,273 PA plus potential 15% bonus and 25 days annual leave.

There is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at our site in Central London. We have a Collection & Delivery Manager role in which you will be responsible for leading a team, accountable for health and safety, and operational quality, cost and people KPI’s.
About the role:
As a line manager to 40 delivery and collection drivers, you will achieve maximum efficiency through resource and contingency planning, driving quality of service and maximizing productivity. Working to tight timescales, you will drive the depot to achieve the highest possible customer service satisfaction levels whilst ensuring a swift resolution to all customer enquiries and complaints.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the performance of your unit, effectively maintaining the quality of service for our customers and the overall safety of the people you manage, whilst working closely with the local sales team to increase revenue opportunities and highlight any network conformance issues.
Monday to Friday - 6.00am - 14.00pm. A degree of flexibility is required to meet operational demands. Optional weekend overtime available.
