Job Description

Heathrow Express is seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join our fun and busy Commercial Team as a Colleague and Community Engagement Manager. This is a fantastic time to come on board and take ownership of the strategy for internal colleague communications, events, and engagement. You will also lead all aspects of our community engagement initiatives, working closely with key local organisations to build meaningful partnerships. This role requires someone who is resilient, a strong communicator both written and verbally, and has excellent stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities

• Acting as the conduit between management and colleagues to ensure effective communication and owning the development of strategies to enhance colleague satisfaction and engagement.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with community stakeholders, including local businesses, organisations, and residents, through the development of community engagement initiatives and partnerships that align with corporate social responsibility goals.
• Owning the delivery and coordination of colleague events, recognition programmes, volunteer programmes and community outreach events.
• Managing budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve engagement objectives.
• Preparing and presenting reports on engagement activities and outcomes.
• Participating in public events to represent Heathrow Express as needed and supporting other areas of the business during times of disruption.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering internal and external initiatives and events.
• Adept at producing written materials and presentations to a high standard.
• Experience managing and building relationships with colleagues and external partners and suppliers, with the ability to influence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• A history of interpreting data and insights to form strategic actions.
