Experience in order picking and general warehousing duties is essential.
Ability to lift heavy items up to 25kg.

Barker Ross is recruiting for Cold Store Order Pickers based in Holmewood, Chesterfield. S42 5BX

This is a fantastic opportunity, with temporary-to-permanent employment for the right candidates!

Hours of Work:

Shift patterns available:

Sunday to Tuesday 6pm to 6am (Cold Store Frozen Warehouse, we provide jacket and freezer boots for here)
Thursday to Saturday 6pm to 6am (Cold Store Frozen Warehouse, we provide jacket and freezer boots for here)

Pay Rate:

£12.38 per hour + Shift Allowance (per week night shift allowance if all shifts completed) - These hourly rates are being reviewed and will increase.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Order Picking
Moving stock around the warehouse using pump truck and PPT
Processing inbound/outbound orders
Heavy lifting sometimes is required, up to a maximum of 25kg
Voice picking
Shrink Wrapping
Using PPT
General Warehousing Duties

You must have your own car as this role is based remotely, with no access to public transport.
