At Redemption Roasters, our mission is to reduce reoffending by training people in prison and supporting them into work in our coffee shops on release.

We’re looking for a full-time Coffee Shop Manager for our Covent Garden coffee shop. You’ll lead a team, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and play a massive, front-line role in delivering our social mission.

What we’re looking for:

1. A positive, hands-on leader who leads by example
2. Organised, proactive, and confident running day-to-day operations
3. Passion for hospitality and inspiring others to deliver a great hospitality experience
4. Moves with a sense of urgency
5. Excited to be part of a social enterprise with real impact
6. Weekend availability

Management or assistant manager experience preferred; coffee experience a bonus, not a must.

Key responsibilities:

1. Coach and develop your team
2. Run the shop: from coffee and food quality to team performance and customer service
3. Drive sales and maintain high standards across all areas
4. Represent our mission and values in everything you do
