The Role
We're looking for a skilled and experienced Coffee Quality Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll take ownership of our entire quality process, from sourcing to roasting, ensuring the highest standards are met at every stage. You'll implement and refine quality control procedures, optimise roasting profiles, and maintain flavour consistency across all our roasted coffee products. Your deep expertise in coffee characteristics, roast development, and brewing methods will be key to delivering the best possible experience to our customers.
