Field Service Coffee Engineer - Leicester & Birmingham
£36,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Van + Overtime

We're looking for a Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our expanding team, covering the Leicester and Birmingham area.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Diagnose and repair a wide range of professional coffee machines, ensuring all equipment is left in perfect working order.
2. Carry out preventative maintenance and yearly PVIs on steam boilers (Coffee Safe training provided if needed).
3. Attend customer sites within agreed SLAs and complete brand standard checks (training provided).
4. Install new coffee equipment and provide on-site customer training.
5. Ensure consistent coffee quality by following setup specifications.
6. Work closely with our central service desk to manage schedules and keep customers informed.
7. Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle to the highest standards.
8. Deliver first-class customer service and build strong, loyal relationships with our clients.

What You'll Need:

1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in field service engineering, ideally working with brands like Schaerer, Carimali, Marco, and traditional barista equipment.
2. Strong problem-solving skills with an electrical/mechanical background.
3. A "can-do" attitude and a genuine passion for coffee and customer service.
4. Computer literacy and a clean driving licence.
5. Self-motivated, flexible, and happy to work weekends on a 1 in 4 rotation (overtime paid).
