Job Description: As a Bartender at Glass Garden, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience. We’re looking for individuals with a strong knowledge of mixology, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, classic drinks, and bespoke creations.
2. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding experience.
3. Maintain a clean and organized bar, adhering to health and safety regulations.
4. Assist with inventory management, including stock control and ordering.
5. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktail techniques, and innovative recipes.
7. Contribute to a positive team culture and help train new team members.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a cocktail bartender in a high-paced environment.
2. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
5. Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Understanding of UK alcohol licensing laws and responsible service practices.
