Job Opportunity: Experienced CNC Turner/Morning Shift

Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join our client's team on a permanent basis. If you have a strong background in CNC operations and are familiar with Haas milling machines, this could be the perfect role for you.

Compulsory Skills:
  1. Experience with Haas milling machines.
  2. Proficient in reading and understanding G codes and M codes.
  3. Strong knowledge of feeds and speeds.
  4. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  5. Proficiency in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks.
Key Duties:
  1. Operate and maintain CNC machines to fabricate parts per technical specifications.
  2. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  3. Assemble and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
  4. Effectively utilize hand tools and tooling for precise manufacturing.
  5. Troubleshoot machine issues using mechanical knowledge.
  6. Manage materials within the warehouse and ensure proper storage.
Experience & Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role.
  2. In-depth knowledge of CNC machinery operations and programming.
