Are you a CNC Turner looking for a stable, local role in the centre of Glasgow, for a close-knit company offering a Monday to Friday, days-based role working just 35 hours a week?

In this workshop-based role, you will be setting and operating an XYZ lathe to machine components in a large, clean workshop using modern machinery. 10% of the role will also involve milling and using a slotter, with training given if needed.

Founded nearly 20 years ago, this manufacturer has received heavy investment in recent months and is now looking for a Machinist to come on board due to their growth. They aim to double their turnover in the next 3 years, with this role being a staple for the future.

This role would suit a CNC Machinist who has experience turning and is looking for a long-term and secure role with a company that will look after them.

The Role:

1. Setting and operating XYZ lathes
2. Using other workshop machinery when required
3. Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm, finish at 1:30pm on Friday, 35 hours a week
4. £16 - £18 an hour DOE
